BEFORE COMING, ALL MEMBERS AND GUESTS MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING!
It’s been 19 long months since the Harmony Kings had an official in-person rehearsal at Journey Church, so WELCOME ALL! See you at 7:00pm.
The Harmony Kings Board Of Directors has made some decisions on practices going forward, due to continuing Covid-19 issues. These changes are intended to be in line with state mandates and guidelines. (Last updated/reviewed October 2, 2021)
Harmony Kings Covid Vaccine Protocol
You must be fully vaccinated and proof of vaccination is required for any indoor practices until further notice. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date with the chorus. We must be able to contact you with any updates and/or changes in status.
In the interests of keeping any vaccination information private, you may show your card (or photo of card) to Ken Antonius or Arnie Walter. Your name must be clearly visible
with the date recorded on the card. No information from your card will be recorded. Once you have produced your card to Arnie or Ken, you will not have to show it again.
Every rehearsal you will be required to put your initials in the date column of that specific rehearsal date. By signing with your initials, you are agreeing that you are not
experiencing any Covid-like symptoms and that you have not knowingly been exposed to Covid in the last ten days. If you have been exposed, the chorus Executive Team
must be notified.
While singing indoors, social distancing and masking will be required (to include mouth AND nose), no refreshment break, taking restroom break at your leisure.
If we have any guest (singing and non-singing) visiting this chorus, proof of vaccination AND valid picture ID will be required.
If you are not feeling well for ANY reason, if you or anyone in your household have been exposed or been diagnosed with COVID, or you are exhibiting any COVID symptoms, it
is imperative that you do not come to rehearsal and stay home on that day.
Please don’t forget your vaccination record – get it out now and put it in your wallet or snap a photo with your phone.
This decision has been made to maximize the safety of all while minimizing the risk of anyone catching Covid. These guidelines will be reviewed by the board periodically then
adjusted and edited as necessary.
Remember, we have a responsibility to keep our chorus and our community healthy and safe.
